Key Responsibilities:

- Provide insights and recommendations to develop effective policies and programs that enhance the quality of life for older adults.

- Collect and analyze data using various research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and observation techniques.
- Identify emerging trends and advancements in the field of gerontology and integrate them into practice and research.
- Assess the social and psychological needs of older adults and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
- Provide counseling and support to older adults and their families, addressing issues related to aging, health, and well-being.
- Develop educational materials and deliver presentations to raise awareness and promote healthy aging practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social service agencies, and community organizations to ensure holistic and integrated care for older adults.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Gerontology, Sociology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the aging process, including biological, psychological, and social aspects.
- Proficiency in conducting research studies, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information to various audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
