Position Overview:

Qualifications:
1. A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Sociology or a closely related field.
2. Proven experience in conducting sociological research and analysis, including designing research projects, collecting and interpreting data, and producing research reports.
3. Strong knowledge of sociological theories, research methodologies, and statistical analysis.
4. Proficiency in using statistical software packages, such as SPSS or STATA, to analyze data.
5. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to generate insights from complex data sets.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings to diverse audiences.
7. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
