Job Summary:
The Biostatistician will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data related to biological research and clinical studies. Qualifications and Skills:
1. Master's or Ph.D. degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a biostatistician, preferably in a research or academic setting.
3. Strong knowledge of statistical methodologies and their application in biological research.
4. Proficiency in statistical software such as R or SAS, and familiarity with data visualization tools.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex biological datasets.
6. Proficient in experimental design, sample size determination, and statistical modeling.
7. Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and databases is an advantage.
8. Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
