Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

5. Manage and maintain a comprehensive record database, organizing and storing transcripts and related case documents for future reference and retrieval.
6. Collaborate with legal professionals, including attorneys, judges, and paralegals, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of transcriptions and provide support during court proceedings.
7. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards when handling sensitive and confidential information.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in transcription technology, and legal terminology to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in court reporting is preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Court Reporter or similar role, demonstrating proficiency in transcription and maintaining accurate records.
3. Proficient in using stenotype or digital court reporting equipment, with a minimum typing speed of [specify speed].
