Job Description: Contract Law Paralegal
Position Overview:
The Contract Law Paralegal will support attorneys in the area of contract law within the field of Law and Criminal Justice. This role requires a meticulous and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of contract law principles and procedures. The Contract Law Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and managing a wide range of contracts.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough legal research on contract law principles, regulations, and precedents.
2. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
3. Collaborate with attorneys to gather necessary information and materials for contract drafting and negotiation.

6. Monitor contract performance and compliance, flagging any potential issues or concerns.

9. Support attorneys in preparing for contract-related litigation, including document management and evidence gathering.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Criminal Justice, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably specializing in contract law.
3. Strong knowledge of contract law principles, legal terminology, and relevant regulations.
4. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex legal information.
5. Proficiency in legal research tools, databases, and software applications.
