Job Summary:
The Clinical Data Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection, validation, and management of clinical trial data in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

3. Perform quality control checks on clinical data to identify and resolve discrepancies, missing data, or inconsistencies.
4. Collaborate with clinical research teams to develop electronic case report forms (eCRFs) and ensure they are designed to capture required data accurately.
5. Conduct database testing, validation, and maintenance activities to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
6. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of data management processes, including data validation procedures and data transfer agreements.
7. Collaborate with statisticians and data analysts to support database lock, data analysis, and reporting activities.
8. Participate in cross-functional teams to provide data management expertise throughout the study lifecycle.
9. Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliver high-quality data for analysis.
10. Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory guidelines related to clinical data management.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, pharmacy, health informatics) is required. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Minimum of [X] years of experience in clinical data management within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry.
3. Strong knowledge of clinical data management processes, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH-GCP, CDISC, CDASH).
