Position: Stand-In
Department: Entertainment and Performing Arts
Reports to: Director/Assistant Director

Job Summary:
The Stand-In will serve as a substitute for the principal actors during rehearsals and production in the entertainment and performing arts industry. This role requires the individual to closely emulate the physical movements, gestures, blocking, and positioning of the principal actors in order to provide accurate lighting and camera setups for technical crews. The Stand-In will work closely with the director, assistant director, and cinematographer to ensure seamless production continuity.

Responsibilities:
- Attend all rehearsals, production meetings, and filming sessions as required.
- Familiarize oneself with the script and the specific roles of the principal actors.
- Accurately replicate the physical actions and movements of the principal actors during rehearsals and filming.
- Work closely with the director and assistant director to understand the desired blocking and positioning of principal actors.
- Collaborate with the cinematographer to determine lighting and camera setups, ensuring the stand-in's positioning meets technical requirements.
- Maintain constant communication with the technical crew to ensure proper lighting and camera adjustments.
- Assist in setting up and adjusting props and set elements as necessary.
- Stay updated on any changes to the script, blocking, or other production requirements.
- Remain flexible and adapt to last-minute changes or unexpected demands during production.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
