Job Summary:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Ornithology, Wildlife Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field. Master's or Ph.D. degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in conducting ornithological research, fieldwork, and data analysis.
3. Strong knowledge of avian biology, ecology, and conservation principles.
4. Proficiency in bird identification using visual and auditory cues, including familiarity with local and migratory bird species.
5. Experience with bird banding techniques, including mist-netting and handling of wild birds.
6. Proficient in statistical analysis and data management software.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific information in a clear and concise manner.
