Job Summary:
The Bailiff plays a crucial role in maintaining order and security within the courtroom and supporting the judicial process. As a Bailiff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all individuals present in the courtroom, managing the movement of prisoners, and executing various administrative tasks to enable smooth court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

5. Manage and escort prisoners to and from the courtroom while maintaining their security and preventing escape attempts.
6. Maintain custody and control of exhibits, documents, and evidence presented during court hearings.
7. Administer oaths to witnesses and jurors as required and ensure their compliance with courtroom procedures.
8. Assist the court clerk in managing the court docket, scheduling hearings, and maintaining accurate records of court proceedings.
9. Prepare and distribute court documents, summonses, and subpoenas as directed by the court.
