Position Summary:
The Performance Enhancement Specialist is responsible for providing expert guidance and support to athletes in optimizing their physical performance and achieving their goals. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of athletes' physical capabilities, including strength, power, endurance, flexibility, and movement patterns.
- Analyze and interpret assessment results to identify areas of improvement and develop individualized training plans.
- Design and implement evidence-based performance enhancement programs to improve athletes' overall physical performance and address specific performance goals.
- Collaborate with coaches, athletic trainers, and medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to athletes' training and rehabilitation.
- Provide ongoing guidance and coaching to athletes on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention strategies, and sports nutrition.
- Regularly monitor and assess athletes' progress, adjusting training programs as necessary to ensure optimal performance outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, sports medicine, or a related field.
