Job Summary:
The Federal Probation Officer is responsible for supervising and assisting individuals who have been placed on probation by the federal court system. Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, social work, psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and effectively interact with diverse individuals, including probationers, colleagues, and community partners.
