Job Summary:
The Ceramic Artist will be responsible for creating unique and visually appealing ceramic artwork. This role requires a high level of creativity and technical expertise in ceramic art techniques. The Ceramic Artist will collaborate with the Art Director and other team members to develop and execute artistic concepts that align with the company's artistic vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and create ceramic artwork using various ceramic techniques, such as wheel throwing, hand-building, glazing, and firing.
2. Develop and execute artistic concepts, ensuring that the final artwork meets quality standards and artistic vision.
3. Collaborate with the Art Director and other team members to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for ceramic artwork.
4. Understand and interpret artistic briefs and requirements, ensuring that artwork aligns with the desired artistic style and theme.
5. Select appropriate materials, glazes, and firing processes to achieve the desired artistic effect.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly maintained.
7. Stay updated with current trends and advancements in ceramic art techniques and incorporate them into artwork when appropriate.
8. Attend team meetings and provide input on artistic direction and project timelines.
9. Adhere to health and safety guidelines when working with ceramic materials and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Ceramics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Ceramic Artist, demonstrating a strong portfolio of ceramic artwork.
3. Proficiency in various ceramic techniques, including wheel throwing, hand-building, glazing, and firing.
4. Excellent artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
