Position Summary:
The Building Inspector is responsible for conducting thorough and accurate inspections of buildings and structures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

7. Conduct research and stay updated on current building codes, industry trends, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in building inspection, architectural design, or construction management.
3. Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal building codes, zoning ordinances, and safety regulations.
4. Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their compliance requirements.
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential code violations and safety hazards.
