Summary:
The Food Chemist is responsible for conducting scientific research and analysis related to food chemistry. Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Food Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field
- Proven experience in food chemistry research and analysis, preferably in a laboratory or industrial setting
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and analytical methods used in food chemistry
- Strong knowledge of food science principles, including food composition, food processing, and food preservation
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines, quality control standards, and safety protocols related to food chemistry
