Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Learning Specialist to join our Curriculum Development team. As an E-Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective e-learning strategies and solutions to enhance our educational programs. Your expertise in instructional design, digital content creation, and e-learning technologies will be essential in creating engaging and interactive online courses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to analyze learning needs and translate them into effective e-learning solutions.
2. Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and modules using instructional design principles, multimedia elements, and interactive features.
3. Create and modify instructional materials, including presentations, scripts, storyboards, and assessments, to ensure alignment with learning objectives and target audience needs.
4. Utilize various e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) to develop and deliver high-quality online courses.
5. Conduct quality assurance reviews of e-learning content to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and adherence to instructional design standards.
6. Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in e-learning, instructional design, and educational technology to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our e-learning programs.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, multimedia specialists, and software developers, to create visually appealing and interactive e-learning experiences.
8. Provide guidance and support to instructors and trainers in effectively delivering e-learning courses and leveraging e-learning technologies.
9. Monitor and evaluate the success of e-learning initiatives through data analysis and feedback collection, and make recommendations for improvements.
10. Assist in the implementation of learning analytics and reporting systems to track learner progress and measure the effectiveness of the e-learning programs.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (X years) in developing e-learning courses and instructional materials.
3. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
4. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard).
5. Familiarity with multimedia development tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
7. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality e-learning experiences.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
