Job Summary:
The Education Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs within the organization. They will collaborate with various stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and external partners, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality educational initiatives. The Education Program Manager will also play a key role in monitoring program outcomes, managing resources, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement educational programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and educational standards.
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify program needs and design appropriate curriculum and learning materials.
3. Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of program instructors, ensuring their adherence to established educational guidelines.
4. Monitor program effectiveness and assess outcomes to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of educational initiatives.
5. Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient utilization and allocation of available assets.
6. Establish and maintain positive relationships with external partners, including educational institutions, community organizations, and funding agencies.
7. Coordinate program logistics, such as scheduling, venue selection, and participant registration, to ensure smooth program delivery.
8. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure program impact, gather feedback, and develop strategies for program enhancement.
9. Stay updated with advancements in educational best practices and incorporate innovative approaches into program design and delivery.
10. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on program activities, outcomes, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in program management within the education sector.
3. Knowledge of curriculum development principles and educational standards.
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
6. Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to inspire and motivate others.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
8. Proficiency in using educational software and technology to enhance program delivery.
9. Familiarity with budgeting and resource management principles.
