8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

10. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice, ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
2. Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
3. Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
4. In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and neurology as they relate to occupational therapy.
5. Proficient in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
