Job Summary:
The ICU Nurse plays a critical role in providing specialized care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Key Responsibilities:

4. Perform various medical procedures, including but not limited to intubation, arterial line insertion, and central line maintenance.
5. Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment, such as ventilators and cardiac monitors.
6. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and colleagues to provide updates on patients' progress and address any concerns or questions.
7. Ensure accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records.
8. Respond promptly to emergencies, including cardiac arrests, respiratory distress, and other critical situations.
9. Maintain a clean and safe patient environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
