Job Description: Research Veterinary Technician
Position Overview:
The Research Veterinary Technician is a crucial member of the veterinary medicine team, responsible for providing technical support and assistance in conducting research activities within the field of veterinary nursing. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Technology, Veterinary Nursing, or a related field.
2. Certification as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Technologist preferred.
3. Proven experience in a laboratory or research setting, with a focus on veterinary medicine or animal science.
4. In-depth knowledge of veterinary nursing principles, animal physiology, anatomy, and pharmacology.
5. Proficiency in handling laboratory animals, including restraint, blood collection, and administration of medications.
6. Strong understanding of research methodologies, data collection, and analysis techniques.
7. Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including centrifuges, microscopes, and analyzers.
8. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
