Job Summary:
The Veterinary Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and smooth operation of the veterinary clinic's administrative functions. This role requires a strong combination of management, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate daily operations and support the delivery of high-quality veterinary care. The Veterinary Office Manager plays a critical role in maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere for both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage administrative tasks: Oversee and execute various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, billing, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

2. Staff supervision: Provide leadership and guidance to the administrative team, including receptionists, veterinary assistants, and other support staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance issues.

3. Customer service: Ensure exceptional customer service by training and coaching staff on client interactions, resolving client concerns in a professional manner, and maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area.
