Job Summary:
The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all aspects of our company's e-commerce strategy. This includes overseeing the development and maintenance of our online platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving online sales growth. The E-commerce Manager will collaborate with various teams to optimize website performance, manage digital marketing campaigns, and analyze customer data to improve overall e-commerce performance.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and meet revenue targets.
2. Oversee the design, functionality, and content of the company's e-commerce website.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business objectives.
4. Manage and optimize online product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
5. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, implementing new initiatives to enhance the customer experience and increase online sales.
7. Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and social media advertising.
8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.
9. Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure optimal functionality of e-commerce systems and platforms.
10. Continuously analyze customer data and feedback to enhance the overall e-commerce experience and address customer concerns promptly.
11. Manage customer service operations for online sales, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries or issues.
12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams, to support e-commerce growth initiatives.
13. Prepare and present regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, revenue, and key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail industry.
3. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
4. Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze website performance.
5. Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
6. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth.
