Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Digital Marketing Manager to join our Retail Management team. The Retail Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our retail sales and drive customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of the retail industry, digital marketing trends, and a proven track record in driving results through various digital marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall retail sales objectives.
- Utilize digital marketing channels, including but not limited to, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO), to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Creative, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in digital marketing, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimize the retail website, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maximizing online sales conversion rates.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing efforts, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and SEO.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Solid understanding of retail industry dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
