Position Overview:
The Retail Sales Coach will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and enhancing the customer experience within our retail establishments. Key Responsibilities:

2. Develop and implement sales training programs, materials, and resources to support ongoing training initiatives.

4. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and gaps, and develop action plans to address any deficiencies.
5. Collaborate with store managers to establish sales targets, and provide guidance and support to ensure goals are achieved.
6. Foster a positive sales culture by promoting teamwork, motivation, and recognition within the sales team.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and areas for improvement.
8. Assist in the recruitment and selection process of sales associates, ensuring the team is staffed with qualified individuals.
9. Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate sales targets, provide updates on performance, and share best practices.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards to maintain a consistent and professional customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
