Job Description: Real Estate Development Senior Living Developer
Position Overview:
The Real Estate Development Senior Living Developer is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, development, and implementation of senior living real estate projects. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, project management expertise, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. The Senior Living Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential senior living development opportunities.

3. Collaborate with internal teams, architects, engineers, and other external stakeholders to develop project plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

5. Prepare and present financial models, feasibility studies, and investment proposals to senior management or potential investors.
6. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered within scope, on schedule, and within budgetary constraints.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting senior living development.
8. Evaluate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in real estate development, specifically in senior living projects.
3. In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate development, zoning, and land use.
4. Strong financial acumen and experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and investment analysis.
5. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and software.
