Position Summary:
The Real Estate Development Vacation Rental Developer is responsible for overseeing the development and management of vacation rental properties within the real estate development division. This role requires a strong understanding of the vacation rental market, property management principles, and real estate development processes. The Vacation Rental Developer will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify investment opportunities, manage property acquisitions, and ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:

2. Develop strategic plans for vacation rental property development, including site selection, design, and construction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
