Job Summary:
The Real Estate Appraisal Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the real estate appraisal process within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

3. Oversee the appraisal process, including reviewing appraisal reports, analyzing market data, and identifying trends to support informed decision-making.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as property management, finance, and legal teams, to ensure appraisal requirements are met and aligned with organizational goals.
5. Stay current with industry regulations, standards, and methodologies related to real estate appraisal, and ensure compliance across the department.
6. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on complex appraisal assignments, ensuring high-quality appraisal reports.
7. Conduct periodic performance evaluations, set goals, and identify training and development needs for the appraisal team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an asset.
