Position Overview:
The Licensed Real Estate Appraiser is responsible for conducting professional real estate appraisals to determine the fair market value of residential or commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:

6. Stay updated with local, state, and federal regulations governing real estate appraisal practices to ensure compliance and adherence to professional standards.
7. Attend industry seminars, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge of real estate valuation techniques and emerging trends.
8. Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and other professionals to gather information and gain insights into local market conditions.
9. Maintain accurate records of appraisals, including property details, valuation reports, and client communications.
10. Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of appraisal work, ensuring impartiality and unbiased assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Possession of a valid and active State Certified Residential or General Real Estate Appraiser license.
2. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
3. Proven experience as a licensed real estate appraiser, with a track record of conducting appraisals in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of real estate appraisal techniques, including the ability to analyze property data, evaluate market trends, and apply appropriate valuation methodologies.
5. Proficient in utilizing appraisal software and tools, along with strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
