Position Overview:
The Residential Property Manager is responsible for efficiently managing residential properties within our real estate and property management company. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and customer service abilities. Key Responsibilities:

9. Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
10. Maintain accurate and organized property records, including lease agreements, tenant files, and maintenance logs.

12. Foster positive relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
