Job Summary:
The Real Estate Investment Sales Consultant is responsible for driving real estate investment sales by identifying, acquiring, and managing high-quality investment properties for clients. Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and source potential investment properties through various channels, including online listings, networking events, and industry relationships.

3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified investor clients by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.

5. Negotiate property acquisitions, including purchase price, contract terms, and closing details, ensuring a favorable outcome for both the client and the company.
6. Coordinate property inspections, due diligence processes, and any necessary repairs or renovations, ensuring properties meet investment standards.
7. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the investment process, including property management, rental income optimization, and property resale strategies.
8. Stay updated on local market trends, real estate regulations, and investment strategies to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
9. Collaborate with internal teams, such as property management and marketing, to ensure seamless client experiences and successful investment outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
2. Proven track record in real estate sales, with a focus on investment properties.
3. In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, investment strategies, and property valuation methods.
4. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with the ability to achieve win-win outcomes for clients and the company.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
7. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risks.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships and track sales activities.
9. Valid real estate license in the relevant jurisdiction.
