Job Summary:
The Real Estate Sales Support Specialist provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Real Estate Sales team. This role is responsible for managing various sales-related tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the department. The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and assisting with the coordination of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Real Estate Sales team in all aspects of the sales process, including but not limited to, preparing sales contracts, listings, and purchase agreements.
2. Coordinate and schedule property showings, open houses, and client appointments as required.
3. Prepare and distribute marketing materials, brochures, and property listings to potential clients.
4. Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for property listings and sales transactions.
5. Conduct market research and analysis to support the Sales team in determining property values, market trends, and competitive pricing.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases, ensuring all client communication and interactions are recorded accurately.
7. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
8. Assist in organizing and attending real estate events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company's services.
9. Collaborate with internal departments, such as Marketing and Finance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales activities.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to real estate sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in a similar administrative or support role within the real estate or property management industry.
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and real estate-related software.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
8. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
10. Knowledge of real estate market trends, laws, and regulations is desirable.
