Job Summary:
The Residential Property Sales Consultant is responsible for representing the company and driving residential property sales within the assigned territory. This role requires a dedicated and dynamic individual with strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and deep knowledge of the real estate market. The Residential Property Sales Consultant will collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote and sell residential properties.
2. Actively prospect potential buyers and generate leads through various channels such as cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
3. Conduct thorough market research to identify property trends, pricing, and competition to stay up-to-date with market conditions.
4. Provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients regarding available properties, including pricing, features, and financing options.
5. Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential buyers, ensuring all sales opportunities are maximized.
6. Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
7. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to generate repeat business and referrals.
9. Stay informed about market trends, developments, and changes in real estate laws and regulations.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and property listings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven track record of success in residential property sales, with a minimum of X years of experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including current trends and pricing.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and achieve targets.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
6. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
7. Highly motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
10. Valid real estate license required.
