Job Description: Real Estate Rental Sales
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Real Estate Rental Sales professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and facilitating the rental of residential and commercial properties within our real estate portfolio. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and market available rental properties to prospective tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on properties, including rental terms, amenities, and lease agreements.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential tenants and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct thorough tenant screening processes, including background and credit checks, to ensure suitability and financial stability.
- Negotiate rental terms and conditions, including lease agreements, rental rates, and security deposits.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including property inspections and the collection and return of keys.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental properties, tenant information, and lease agreements.
- Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant concerns, maintenance requests, and property-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with local rental market trends, pricing, and regulations to effectively advise clients and maintain a competitive edge.
- Attend networking events, open houses, and industry conferences to expand professional network and generate leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in rental properties.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, rental regulations, and industry trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and industry professionals.
- Proficient in using technology platforms and software for property listings, customer relationship management (CRM), and document management.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Valid real estate license required (if applicable to the jurisdiction).
