Role Overview:
The Power Plant Operations Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of power plant operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance management system for power plant operations.

4. Conduct regular compliance audits and inspections to identify and resolve any non-compliance issues.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective action plans to address compliance gaps.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities, including permits, licenses, inspections, and training.
7. Provide guidance and support to power plant personnel on compliance matters and best practices.
8. Develop and deliver compliance training programs to enhance the understanding of regulatory requirements and promote a culture of compliance.
9. Coordinate with external regulatory agencies and auditors during inspections and audits.
10. Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in power plant operations compliance, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
