Job Summary:
The Power Plant Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of a power plant on a designated shift. Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct and supervise a team of power plant operators during assigned shift to ensure safe and optimal plant performance.

3. Monitor and control power plant equipment, systems, and processes to ensure efficient operation and maximize power generation.

5. Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and coordinate plant maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to power generation.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed shift logs, including plant operating conditions, equipment status, incidents, and other relevant information.
7. Respond promptly and effectively to alarms and abnormal operating conditions, taking appropriate actions to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
