Job Summary:
The Nuclear Power Plant Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing nuclear power plant systems, structures, and components to ensure safe and efficient operation. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
3. Proven experience (X years) in nuclear power plant design, including knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
4. Strong understanding of nuclear power plant systems, structures, and components, such as reactor cores, cooling systems, and containment vessels.
5. Proficiency in using relevant design software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
6. Extensive knowledge of nuclear power plant safety principles, risk assessment, and mitigation techniques.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct complex calculations and simulations.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present technical information to stakeholders.
9. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
