Job Description: Utilities Manager
Position Overview:
The Utilities Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the operations related to energy and utilities within an organization. Key Responsibilities:

2. Oversee the monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility systems, including electricity, water, gas, and waste management.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement energy-saving initiatives, such as implementing energy management systems, conducting energy audits, and deploying renewable energy solutions.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and environmental standards, including reporting, permits, and documentation.
5. Manage utility budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

7. Evaluate and negotiate utility contracts, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
2. Proven experience (X years) in utility management, energy management, or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of utility systems, energy conservation methods, and sustainable practices.
4. Excellent understanding of regulatory frameworks, environmental compliance, and reporting requirements.
5. Proficient in analyzing utility data, identifying trends, and implementing data-driven strategies.
6. Demonstrated experience in managing utility budgets, cost control, and financial analysis.
7. Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
