Job Description: Business Analyst (Finance)
Position Overview:
The Business Analyst (Finance) plays a critical role in analyzing financial data and providing strategic insights to drive business performance and decision-making. This position requires a strong understanding of finance principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business planning and decision-making.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, validate assumptions, and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a business analyst, financial analyst, or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.
4. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
6. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
7. Solid understanding of financial statements, ratios, and KPIs.
8. Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
