Job Summary:
The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the Human Resources department. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The HR Operations Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and programs, while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Data Management:
- Maintain and update HR databases, including employee records, job profiles, and organizational structures.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation checks.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making and compliance requirements.
2. HR Process Management:
- Support the implementation and improvement of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR team members to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
3. HR Systems and Technology:
- Administer and maintain HR systems, such as HRIS, ATS, performance management, and other related platforms.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with IT teams for resolution.
- Participate in HR system implementations, upgrades, and testing activities.
4. HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Develop and deliver regular HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and trends.
- Conduct data analysis to identify insights, patterns, and areas for improvement within HR operations.
- Support HR business partners and stakeholders with ad-hoc data requests and analysis.
5. Compliance and Audit:
- Assist in conducting regular audits and compliance reviews to ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are aligned with legal requirements.
- Participate in internal and external audits as required, providing necessary documentation and information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using HR systems, databases, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
