Job Purpose:
The HR Outsourcing Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of HR outsourcing activities within the organization. 3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of HR outsourcing activities, including payroll administration, benefits administration, employee data management, and HR systems maintenance.
4. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll activities, including payroll reconciliation, tax filings, and compliance with local labor laws.
5. Coordinate and monitor vendor performance, conducting regular service reviews to assess performance against SLAs and identify areas for improvement.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define HR outsourcing needs, identify potential areas of cost savings, and implement process efficiencies.
7. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR outsourcing, recommending and implementing changes to optimize service delivery.
