Job Description: E-commerce Marketing Manager
The E-commerce Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our company's e-commerce platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce marketing tactics, digital advertising, and data analysis to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion rates, and sales across various online platforms.
2. Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), display advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and affiliate marketing.
3. Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for optimization and improve the overall customer experience.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, creative design, content development, and IT, to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and innovative digital marketing strategies.
6. Manage and optimize the performance of online advertising campaigns by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing campaign data, and making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to effectively manage digital marketing campaigns, budgets, and resources.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing trends to continuously improve e-commerce marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as an E-commerce Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
3. Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketing strategies, digital advertising platforms, and performance marketing.
4. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
5. Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing paid search, display, and social media advertising campaigns to drive measurable results.
6. Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices to improve organic search visibility and website rankings.
7. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
9. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and present marketing strategies and results.
10. Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
