Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

3. Develop predictive models, algorithms, and simulation tools to support business forecasting and planning.
4. Conduct comprehensive quantitative analysis to evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and suggest actionable recommendations.
5. Communicate analytical findings clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and data visualizations.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience (X years) working as a Business Analyst, preferably in a quantitative analysis role.
3. Strong expertise in statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics.
4. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data analysis, such as Python, R, or SAS.
5. In-depth knowledge of statistical software packages, such as SPSS or MATLAB.
6. Solid understanding of regression analysis, time series analysis, and optimization techniques.
7. Ability to translate complex mathematical concepts and statistical results into actionable business insights.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
