Position Overview:
The Sports Ethics Advisor plays a crucial role in providing guidance and support to athletes, coaches, and sports management teams regarding ethical practices and decision-making in the field of sports and athletics. Key Responsibilities:

7. Provide support and training: Assist athletes, coaches, and sports management teams in understanding and applying ethical principles and conducting themselves in accordance with established standards. Offer ongoing support, mentorship, and training as required.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Sports Ethics, Law, or a related field. Master's degree would be an advantage.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports management or a related field, with a specific focus on sports ethics. Experience with policy development, investigation of ethical concerns, and delivering educational programs is highly desirable.
3. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ethical principles, regulations, and contemporary issues in sports management. Familiarity with international sports governing bodies, such as the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), is preferred.
4. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ethical concepts and policies to diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and provide guidance to individuals from various backgrounds.
5. Analytical and problem-solving abilities: Strong critical thinking skills to assess ethical dilemmas, investigate concerns, and propose appropriate solutions. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
